Job summary

Holcim UK is hiring an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our expanding logistics team based at the RMX plant in Whetstone, Leicester.

You will operate concrete mixer trucks across the region, ensuring safe delivery, presentation and fuel efficiency, with flexibility for weekend and occasional night work. An HGV licence and CPC card are desirable, and Holcim promotes a diverse, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Flexible hours including potential weekends and nights.
• Experience with concrete is desirable but not essential.
• HGV licence and CPC card desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain presentation of company image and delivery service.
• Support fuel efficiency improvements and cost minimisation.
• Occasional travel to other plants within the region.
