Job summary

QS Recruitment in Chesterfield is actively seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join a well-established chemical distributor. You will ensure the safe delivery of hazardous goods to customers, complying with ADR regulations and company procedures.

Role includes a Monday to Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:30, with overtime opportunities and a focus on safety and customer service. A clean Class 2 licence, 2 years of experience, and ADR qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence – must be clean (no endorsements)
• Licence held for 2 years
• ADR licence obtained
• Previous experience with ADR preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting chemicals in compliance with ADR regulations
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring all loads are secure
• Delivering to commercial and industrial sites
• Completing all relevant paperwork and adhering to company procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
