Driver Hire Bournemouth and Salisbury are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 ADR driver with our client in Bournemouth.

Role Overview: Responsible for the safe and timely distribution of land fuels across the UK, including collection at strategic supply points and ensuring efficient UK-wide distribution.

Position: HGV Class 2 ADR Driver

Days: Monday-Friday with Winter Saturday rota

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £40,000 per year (OTE), with opportunities to earn more

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to legislation and company policies.
2. Maintain the vehicle in a safe and legal condition.
3. Work across a 7-day shift pattern.
4. Load and discharge products responsibly, following company procedures.
5. Load from terminals, ensuring fuel samples are taken at both terminal and site.

Requirements:

1. HGV Class C driving license.
2. ADR Class 3 & Tanks certification.
3. Drivers Qualification Card.
4. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to health and safety.
5. Experience working with hazardous liquid products is desirable.
6. Experience loading products from terminals is desirable.
7. Willingness to work extended hours during peak times.
8. Flexibility to be redeployed to alternative depot locations as needed.
9. London weighting pay in select markets.
10. Excellent benefits package including minimum 30 days leave (including bank holidays), company pension scheme, and life assurance.
