HGV Class 2

HGV Class 2 Day driver required for permanent positions, for our busy chilled distribution site based in Bristol. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, up to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages.

Shifts available:

1. 5on2off (shift over the weekend)

AM - start between 03:00-06:00
or
PM - start between 13:00-15:00

Paye pay rate

30-minute break deducted only per shift.

1. Monday - Friday - Days (0400 - 1800) - £13.30
2. Monday - Friday - Nights (1800 - 0400) - £15.20
3. Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 days (0400 - 1800) - £14.96
4. Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 nights (1800 - 0400) - £17.10
5. Saturday Day (0400 - 1800) - £14.96
6. Saturday Night (1800 - 0400) - £17.10
7. Sunday- BH Day (0400 - 1800) - £19.95
8. Sunday - BH Night (1800 - 0400) - £22.79

Day to day duties will include the following:

1. Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
2. Trailer swaps.
3. Prepping vehicles for delivery.
4. Completing vehicle checks.
5. Refuelling vehicles.
6. Multi-drop deliveries.

The Candidate:

1. Hold a cat C Licence.
2. Have an in-date CPC and Digi card.
3. No more than 6 points on their licence.
4. Be flexible to the client's needs.
5. Well presented and have a good level of English.
