This role features an attractive pay structure with £15.69 per hour (with advanced holiday pay) for the first 50 hours each week, rising to £20.17 per hour thereafter, plus additional payments for overnight stays. With consistent Monday to Friday shifts and occasional Saturdays, this position offers ongoing weekly work and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HGV vehicles for long-distance deliveries, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.
• Manage shifts typically from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
• Perform vehicle checks and maintain high standards of vehicle condition.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stay overnight as required, with additional payments provided for nights out.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license with a clean driving record.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Proven experience as a tramper driver or in long-haul driving.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and stay overnight as needed.
