Job summary

Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd is sourcing HGV Class 1 bulker drivers for a Rushden-based client. Start times are 18:00 with 10–12 hour shifts. Roles are on a rota with ongoing weekend coverage and potential temp-to-perm arrangements.

Training is provided for bulker/RoRo operations; CPC and DIGI card are required with up to 6 points allowed. Immediate starts available and full 7-day operation flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with CPC and DIGI card required.
• Max 6 points for minor offences – no DDs/DRs/IN10s.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 bulker or RoRo vehicles for food waste collections.
• Drop and swap trailers; operate bulker or waking floor trailer with training provided.
• Work 10–12 hour night shifts starting at 18:00; pattern includes weekends.
• Cover Saturday and/or Sunday shifts; flexibility to cover 7 days a week.

Bulker or RoRo experience an advantage but not necessary training provided.

PM Roles available- Ongoing on a Rota – No cancellations

Temp to perm also available for the right candidates.

HGV Class 1 bulker drivers wanted for food waste collections from RDCs

Bulk Tippers and waking floor trailer operations – training provided

Drop & swapping trailers easy work 1 – 2 per day

Client requires either a Saturday PM or Sunday PM to be covered or both.

Alternatively you may work any block of shifts covering the weekend IE Wed – Sun

The operation is 7 days per week so client can offer an accommodating shift pattern

Applicants must be able to cover weekend shifts RE Saturdays or both,

Flexible weekly shift patterns covering weekends can be accommodated.

Will accept drivers for Sat or Sun or 6 shifts any combo considered

Applicants must have 2 years’ experience with current CPC and DIGI card

Maximum 6 points for minor offences – NO DDs DRs IN10s
