Job summary

Drivers Plus Limited is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for work in the WF17 area. Start times vary from 14:00 to 19:00 with trunking to DHL sites and no handball required.

You should have at least two years of Class 1 night driving with Curtain Siders, and a clean licence with no more than six points. We offer competitive PAYE rates, weekly pay, accrued holiday pay, and the option to enrol in our pension scheme after 12 weeks.

• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Minimum 2 years of Class 1 night driving experience within the last 6 months

Responsibilities

• Trunk Class 1 night deliveries to DHL sites across Central/North England.
• Pickup trailer, perform tipping duties as required.
• No handball is required.

Rate £16.51ph - £18.50ph| PAYE)

At Drivers Plus, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night drivers with experience with Curtain Sider/Box vehicles, who are willing to do work based in the WF17 area. Start times will be between 14:00 – 19:00. Shift lengths do vary.

What you’ll be doing as an HGV Class 1 Night Driver:

• Class 1 night trunking to the DHL sites in Central/North England.
• Trunking work, you will collect a trailer, then tip.
• No Handball is required.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced Class 1 Night Drivers who have experience with Curtain Siders. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.

• A valid CE License, CPC card and Driver card.
• No more than 6 points on your license.
• A reference from a previous employer to cover the last 2 years.
