Pay, benefits and more:

As a Driver, you’ll be working on our night routes, delivering between sites in our network and customer sites. You’ll be working a minimum of 48 hours (plus overtime available) per week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a basic rate of £37,092. You’ll also have access to high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks. We also provide ongoing CPC training. The XPO University offers relevant courses and apprenticeships to help you navigate your future logistics career with XPO.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Delivering between sites with several drops per shift
Start times from 1900
Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
Delivering products to be offloaded by customers on site

What you need to succeed at XPO:

A full UK driving licence with CE entitlement
No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
