As a Driver, you’ll work on our night routes, delivering between sites in our network and customer sites. You’ll work a minimum of 48 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return, we offer a basic rate of £37,092. You’ll also access high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks, along with ongoing CPC training. Our XPO University provides relevant courses and apprenticeships to support your career progression in logistics with XPO.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Deliver between sites with several drops per shift
• Start times from 1900
• Operate your vehicle safely, adhering to XPO standards
• Deliver products to be offloaded by customers on site

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full UK driving licence with CE entitlement
• No more than six penalty points, and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
