Job summary

EVRi Group is hiring HGV Class 1 drivers for Maidstone depot. You will drive longer routes, collect and deliver parcels, and keep paperwork up to date. You may assist with heavier items and tail-lift tasks as needed.

Roles are full‑time, 40 hours per week, with a 5-on/2-off rota. The package includes benefits such as annual leave, pension contribution, and additional perks tailored to you.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlements and Driver CPC/Digital tachograph
• Excellent communication skills
• Safety‑first mindset
• Reasonable physical fitness

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on longer routes within the Hermes network.
• Ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely and paperwork is kept up to date.
• Assist depot staff with heavier items and tail-lift operations.
• Full‑time shifts are 5 out of 7 with advance rotas.
