Job summary

Culina Group Limited invites applications for a Permanent Full-Time Night Shift driver based in Wakefield. Start times between 17:00 and 19:00, with shifts Fri–Mon nights. Role involves general haulage, deliveries to RDCs and stores, and paperwork, all while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Pay rates reflect night-shift premiums, with additional benefits and company-wide development opportunities. DCPC training and PPE are provided, and a supportive team culture is emphasised.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E licence with a minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence and no DD/DR convictions.
• Hold current DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Understand and comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.

What You'll Be Doing

• General haulage and distribution work
• Delivering to RDCs, retail stores, and customer sites
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Ensuring full compliance with driver hours and transport legislation
• Always working safely and professionally

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Nights: £16.35 per hour
• Saturday Nights: £18.65 per hour
• Sunday Nights: £18.65 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £18.96 per hour

Qualifications

• You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 points
• No DD/ DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation
