Job summary

Culina Group in Wakefield is hiring permanent full-time HGV drivers for our ambient transport and logistics operation, delivering to RDCs, retail stores, and customer sites across the UK. Start times range from 05:00 to 07:00, with several day patterns available.

You will complete vehicle checks, adhere to driver hours and transport rules, and always work safely and professionally. Benefits include paid holidays, uniform and PPE, DCPC training, life assurance and pension enhancements, plus

• Valid C+E Licence and ideally 6+ months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• No DD/ DR convictions.

What You'll Be Doing

• General haulage and distribution work

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Days: £15.15 per hour


• Saturday Days: £18.15 per hour


• Sunday Days: £18.15 per hour


• Bank Holidays: £18.96 per hour

Qualifications

• You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience


• No more than 6 points


• No DD/ DR Code convictions.


• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.


• Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
