Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join our team and work for our clients across the SK Postcode. We have work available Monday- Friday. The start times will vary depending on the client but generally 18.00-20.00 starts.

We are also able to accommodate for drivers just looking for part-time work.

The Successful Class 1 HGV Driver will have:

• A Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• 6 months Class 1 experience is essential
• Good understanding of UK driving laws and rest regulations
• Flexibility to work with different clients and routes
• A professional, and reliable approach

Duties of this HGV Class 1 Driver will include:

• Night trunking and depot-to-depot deliveries
• Being comfortable working with multiple clients
• Ensuring timely and safe deliveries
• Completing necessary paperwork and adhering to all driving regulations

The successful Class 1 HGV Driver can expect:

• Minimum 8 hours pay per shift*.

Pay Rates:

£19.05 per hour

This rate of pay has holidays accrual included within the hourly rate, if you wish to accrue these separately then this rate will become £17.00ph.
