Kinaxia Rugby is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers to support growing contracts and a busy night fleet.

Based in Rugby, the role offers stable, long‑term work with a competitive salary, full uniform, PPE, loyalty awards and access to a pension scheme. You’ll join a supportive team in a well‑established logistics group that values drivers and career development.

Shifts are night-time; full LGV Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph cards required; clean driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Arriving on time and informing traffic office of delays.
• Following all company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code.
• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times.
• Completing deliveries and collections in line with manifests.
• Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and in good condition.

The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
