Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is seeking HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for ad-hoc shifts in the Northampton area. Salary is £18–£19 per hour, with shifts starting from 18:30 and paid weekly. You will complete trailer swaps, trunking runs, and depot-to-depot deliveries, with a minimum of 8 hours paid per shift. Roles are available ASAP.

Applicants must hold a full UK CE license, CPC and tachograph card, and have no more than 6 points. Night work opportunities in Northampton await determined drivers.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license with Cat CE.
• Minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience.
• No more than 6 points on your licence - no DD/DR or IN endorsements due to insurance purposes.
• A valid CPC and tacho card.
• Hi vis and safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Shifts starting from 18:30.
• Runs available between Monday and Sunday.
• Trailer swaps and depot-to-depot runs as required.
• ADHOC night work in the Northampton area.

Salary: GBP18 - GBP19 per hour

Kenect are hiring HGV Class 1 Nights Drivers for clients based in the Northampton area, for ADHOC work.

As an HGV Class 1 driver, you’ll be completing, trailer swaps, sometimes completing trunking runs, depot to depot. Shifts available starting ASAP.

The role:

• Shifts starting from 18:30
• Runs available between Monday and Sunday
• Paid weekly at £18.00ph
• Minimum of 8hrs paid per shift

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license with Cat CE
• Minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience
