We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers (also known as Cat C&E Drivers) to join our growing Gatwick depot.

What You’ll Do:

Our HGV Class 1 drivers typically drive longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels from depots to clients and other sites within the Hermes network. You’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels safely, updating paperwork, and assisting depot staff with heavier items when needed.

You will be responsible for tail-lifting, including loading and unloading your vehicle.

Our full-time HGV Class 1 roles are 40 hours per week. Full-time shifts are scheduled in advance, with any 5 shifts out of 7.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Full UK driving license with HGV Class 1 (Cat C&E) entitlements.
• Driver's CPC and digital tachograph experience.
• Newly-qualified drivers are welcome; all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
