Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a HGV Class 1 tramper driver to join our transportation team. You will work on a 4 nights/5 days schedule, driving high quality trucks less than 5 years old, with no loading/unloading duties and shifts starting and ending at your home location.

The role offers consistent work, up to four nights away, and a focus on safe, reliable driving with a company phone for route viewing. English fluency is preferred, and you must have C+E license and UK right to work.

Qualifications

• C+E (Class 1) license required with fewer than 6 penalty points
• Drivers Card required
• Right to work in the UK required
• English language fluency preferred
• Willingness to spend up to four nights away from home per week (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Be away four nights / five days a week
• Transport goods from station to station
• No loading / unloading expected
• Drive safely and handle vehicles and trailers with care

£42k-£45k inclusive of all Allowances. Are you interested in HGV Class 1 Tramper driving in a company that offers high quality trucks (We transport exclusively for a global player in e-commerce industry.

Documents/experience/requirements:

• C+E (Class 1) Driving License (required) with less than 6 penalty points
• Drivers Card (required)
• Right to work in the UK (required)
• Fluency in English Language (preferred)
• You are enthusiastic about the opportunity for extended trips, spending up to four nights away from home per week (mandatory).

• Minimum 11hrs daily rest between each of the 5 shifts per week
