Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a professional HGV Class 1 tramper to transport goods across journeys involving extended trips, typically away 4 nights and 5 days per week. You will drive high-quality trucks, with days starting and ending at your home location.

The role offers shifts with consistent patterns and unmarred safety practices, including no loading or unloading, allowing you to focus on efficient, careful driving. Fluency in English is preferred and UK work rights are required.

Qualifications

• C+E (Class 1) driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
• Driver's Card is required.
• Right to work in the UK is required; English language fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 tramper, away 4 nights / 5 days a week.
• Transport goods from station to station.
• No loading / unloading expected; company handles it.
• Maintain reliable and safe driving with careful handling of vehicles and trailers.

£42k-£45k inclusive of all Allowances. Are you interested in HGV Class 1 Tramper driving in a company that offers high quality trucks (We transport exclusively for a global player in e-commerce industry.

Documents/experience/requirements:

• C+E (Class 1) Driving License (required) with less than 6 penalty points
• Drivers Card (required)
• Right to work in the UK (required)
• Fluency in English Language (preferred)
• You are enthusiastic about the opportunity for extended trips, spending up to four nights away from home per week (mandatory).

• Minimum 11hrs daily rest between each of the 5 shifts per week
• Superb on road experience due to driving high quality trucks which are less than 5 years old (extra comforts in the trucks included)
