Route Delivery Solutions (RDS) Ltd in Warrington is hiring full-time Class 1 HGV drivers for night trunking duties. You will be home after every shift with no loading/unloading, handling deliveries with a focus on punctual, customer-friendly service.

Requirements include a Class 1 (C+E) licence, digital tachograph, CPC, and eligibility to work in the UK. Weekend and evening shifts are required; a competitive base salary and a weekly bonus are offered.

• Hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Hold a Digital Tachograph.
• Full CPC qualification.

Responsabilités

• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver trailers from pick up to destination.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of any issues.
• Maintain daily electronic logs to track routes and deliveries.
• Driver is not required to assist with any loading or unloading.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
• Hold a Digital Tachograph
• Full CPC qualification
• Must be able to pass a CRB background check
• Must be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work evening shifts
• Must have right to work in the U.K
• Must have good working knowledge of EU drivers’ hours and regulations
• Your driver’s licence MUST have NO more than 3pts & NO pre-existing codes within 5 years - CD, IN, DD, TT, MS, DR

WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO

• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver trailers from pick up to destination
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of any issues
• Maintain daily electronic logs to track routes and deliveries
• Driver is not required to assist with any loading or unloading
• Traction work only- drop/swap trailers. On average 3 swaps per shift, working with boxed trailers only
