Pertemps is partnering with the Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers for the Christmas peak period and beyond. If you are seeking work, our onsite teams across the country are looking for Drivers to start immediately.

As an HGV Driver, after passing an assessment, you will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. The work involves minimal manual effort, with shifts scheduled a week in advance. We offer competitive pay rates and various start times and days, including weekends and afternoon/evening shifts.

To qualify, you must:

1. Have held your licence for over 2 years with 5 points or less.
2. Not have DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
3. Be able to clear a CRB security check.

In return, HGV Drivers will receive:

• Pay rates of £22.83 - £25.74 per hour, depending on shift times.
• Guaranteed minimum daily hours.
• Paid peak driving assessments (conditions apply).
