Job summary

Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking an HGV Class 1 Driver for temporary/ongoing work near Woking. You will drive depot-to-depot, follow planned routes with minimal loading, and choose from morning, evening and weekend shifts.

You’ll also complete vehicle safety checks before each shift. Requirements include a valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence held for at least 12 months, valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card, and at least 180 days of recent Class 1 experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence held for at least 12 months.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last year.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to pass DBS and vetting checks.
• Driving licence showing your current address.
