Staffline is recruiting HGV 1 drivers for immediate starts in Barnsley, with night shifts between 22:00 and 04:00 (Friday to Monday).

The role covers depot deliveries, collection work and trunking between local and national RDCs, with typical 12-hour shifts and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates hold Class 1 and 2 qualifications, Digi and DQC cards, and a clean licence (no more than 6 points); nights out optional.

Start times between 22:00 - 04:00 (Friday - Monday) for immediate starts in Barnsley.

PAYE rates are as below:

Your Time at Work

As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve Depot Delivery and collection work, trunking trailers between local and national RDC's.

Drivers required on FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS

You may be requested to:

• Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
• Nights Out (optional)

Our Perfect Worker

Will be flexible to work 2 hours either side of the preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance.

As an HGV 1 driver, you will ideally have:

• No more than 6 points
• Digi and DQC cards
• Class 1 and 2 qualified
• Experience using a Digi card and be able to record manual entries
