Kinaxia Southampton is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team based in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for completing daily vehicle checks, delivering and collecting as per the manifest, and maintaining high safety standards in a busy environment.

We seek qualified drivers with LGV C+E, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card, plus a flexible, reliable attitude. Join a supportive team that values drivers and rewards loyalty.

Qualifications

• Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience operating double-deck trailers.
• Experience with containers (dock-compliant drivers advantageous).
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.
• Arrive on time for duties and inform traffic office of delays.
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
• Complete deliveries and collections as per manifest.
• Comply with EU Tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
• Keep vehicle clean, tidy and presentable.

About The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to operate
• Arriving on time for your scheduled duties and informing the traffic office of any issues or delaysFollowing all company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Completing all deliveries and collections as detailed on the manifest
• Complying with all EU Tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and presentable

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you will need:
