Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL (DHL Supply Chain) in Doncaster is seeking a Class 1 driver to keep our network moving, delivering goods safely and on time across the route. This permanent, full-time role requires a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, plus 12 months’ recent Class 1 experience and experience with rigid+trailer combos.

Shifts are Tue–Sat, up to 48 hours per week, with start times between 16:00 and 22:00; we offer a strong pension, 24/7 GP, lots of

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Have a minimum of 12 months' recent HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• Experience driving rigid + trailer combinations.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and pick up of demountable boxes (wagon & drag) to outbases within the network
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
