Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing trunking work in the Birmingham area. Competitive PAYE hourly rates and flexible day/night shifts are available, with consistent, ongoing work and straightforward trunking assignments.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years Class 1 driving experience, a good working knowledge of tachograph regulations, and a safety-conscious approach. A clean licence is preferred, though up to 6 points may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience.
• Good knowledge of tachograph regulations and WTD.
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Trunking between depots with no handballing.
• Operate single and double-decker trailers.
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure safe operation of vehicles.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
