Job summary

R&V Group in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for trunking roles with a well-known client. You will deliver Company and Third Party goods to specified locations, complete paperwork accurately, and follow health and safety procedures.

You should have at least 2 years of Class 1 driving experience, a full UK driving licence, NI number, right to work, and a good level of English. The role offers ongoing work, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call support for drivers with flexible

Minimum of 2 years experience in Class 1 driving.
Right to work in the UK.
Full UK driving licence.
Good level of English.

Responsibilities

Trunking work.
Deliver Company and Third Party products to specified locations and in accordance with the delivery schedule.
Ensure correct and thorough completion of paperwork.
Observe and adhere to company rules and procedures, including all aspects of health, safety and hygiene.
Maintain a good working knowledge of operations within the transport department.
Effectively manage own working time in line with the Road Transport Directive.
Adhere to tachograph rules and regulations at all times.
Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed in line with company procedure.
Ensure proof of deliveries (PODs) are signed and returned to the Transport Office after delivery.
Achieve and succeed fuel efficiency targets set by the business.
Any other duties as reasonably required.
