Job summary

The Results People is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing work based in Stalybridge, near Stockport. This role offers long-term block bookings, weekly pay, and modern curtain-side trailers across local and nationwide routes.

Applicants must hold a UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence, have CPC and a Digital Tachograph card, and typically possess at least six months of Class 1 experience. Shifts include day and night options with consistent start times.

Qualifications

• Licence: UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Class 1 general haulage experience.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card are required.

Responsibilities

• Completing local and nationwide general haulage deliveries.
• Operating curtain-side trailers with palletised goods.
• Very rare manual handling (minimal to no handballing).
