Qube Recruitment is seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 Night Driver for a Rochester-based role. You will operate night shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work and a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Pay is £18.50 per hour (Nights), with trunking between distribution centres and on-site parking. The role involves delivering furniture to distribution centres in the South East, ensuring safe driving, completing paperwork, and maintaining professionalism with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have valid HGV Class 1 (Category C) licence.
• Must have valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Must have valid Digital Tachograph Card.

HGV Class 1 Night Driver- Rochester - £18.50ph

Location: Rochester
Pay: £18.50ph per hour (Nights)
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated HGV Class 1 Night Drivers to join a leading supply chain logistics operation based in Rochester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 1 drivers looking for a long-term career opportunity, trunking between distribution centres.

Duties include:

• Driving a HGV Class 1 (Category C) vehicle safely and professionally
• Delivering furniture to distribution centres across the South East
• Trunking to distribution centres.
• Just driving, no handballing.
• Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
• Maintaining a professional approach with customers and colleagues

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday working pattern
• No weekend work required
• Full-time hours
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C) licence
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A reliable and professional attitude

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply, provided you:

• Have held your Class 1 licence for at least 6 weeks.
