Job summary

Generations People in Chesterfield seeks experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a fast-paced pallet network operation. This stable Monday–Friday night role returns to base each shift with no nights out.You will load and move palletised freight safely, liaise with depot teams and maintain top customer service. A Class 1 license with Driver CPC and 2+ years of Class 1 experience are essential; pallet network exposure is a plus.

• Minimum 2+ years Class 1 experience — essential.
• Pallet network experience preferred (not essential).

The Role

We’re recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a fast-paced pallet network operation in Chesterfield. This is a stable Monday–Friday night role, returning to base every shift — no nights out.

Shifts & Hours

• Nights – Monday to Friday
• 11-hour shifts
• Minimum 55 hours per week
• Overtime paid on anything over 11 hours per day

• Work within a busy pallet network environment

• Maintain excellent customer service and a professional manner
• Complete all driving and delivery paperwork accurately
