Job summary

ADR Network is seeking reliable Class 1 drivers for regular C+E work based in Lymedale, offering full-time and flexible roles with a structured weekly rota. You'll drive curtainside trailers, delivering ambient foods to RDCs and large supermarkets, with mostly bay work and minimal load handling.

Start times are typically 04:00–07:00, with some 16:00–20:00 starts, and shifts average 10–12 hours. Rota patterns and driver support are emphasised in this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence.
• Driver CPC and Tachograph card.
• At least 6 months recent HGV experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Operate curtainside trailers and deliver ambient food and drink to RDCs and large supermarkets.
• Perform bay deliveries with minimal loading/unloading, mainly open/close curtains and secure loads.
• Shift patterns include 10–12 hour days with any 5 from 7 rota and rotating weekend work.
• Start times typically 04:00–07:00, with some 16:00–20:00 starts.

We’re currently seeking reliable Class 1 drivers to join our team for both full-time and flexible roles. Whether you're after regular Rota shifts, part-time, or weekend shifts, we offer a range of options to fit your lifestyle.

What’s on offer?

• £18.50 per hour Days
• £20.00 per hour Nights
• PAYE rates, holiday pay is accrued separately

If you’re looking for consistent, well-paid work, a structured weekly rota, and a site that genuinely prioritises driver support and safety, this is the opportunity for you.

You can work an ‘any 5 from 7’ weekly shift pattern, with rotating weekend work (with some weekends off).

Start times are typically in the morning between 04.00-07.00, with some later starts available, with evening starts between 16.00 to 20.00. You’ll be operating curtainside trailers, collecting and delivering ambient food and drink products to RDCs and large supermarket sites.

There is minimal interaction with the load — most deliveries are bay work, with store staff unloading. Your responsibility is typically limited to opening/closing curtains and securing loads.
