Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work in Burton Latimer. Earn £17.14 - £21.87 per hour with ad hoc and pre-booked AM/PM shifts and shunter roles. Fixed shifts available Friday - Monday PM, with ad hoc work also possible.

Applicants should have 6 months experience, a valid HGV 1/C+E licence, DCPC & Tachograph cards, and no more than 6 points with no DD/ DR convictions. On-site 24/7 support and modern facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of professional experience required in a similar driving role.
• Valid HGV 1/C+E licence, DCPC and tachograph card are essential.
• No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR convictions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks as required by policy and law.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; adhere to health and safety rules.
