Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for opportunities nationwide across multiple regions of the UK. You will join a professional logistics network with a fresh fleet, canteen facilities on sites, weekly pay, and 24/7 driver support.

Night-driver interviews are available 24/7, and some locations offer staff shops and discounted items. The role involves pre-trip inspections, accurate record-keeping, and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong focus on vehicle safety and compliance.
• Ability to identify and report vehicle defects accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks and paperwork.
• Follow health and safety procedures including PPE use and site policies.
• Adhere to Working Time Directive (WTD) and drivers hours rules.
