Job summary

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd, operating as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for an established food distribution operation based in Warrington, WA5. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work with guaranteed hours and a rolling 3-week rota.

You will be completing store deliveries of food products to locations across the region, with occasional Class 2 work.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C+E / HGV Class 1 licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HGV driving and store delivery experience.
• Willing to drive Class 1 and Class 2 when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete store deliveries of food products across the region.
• Be flexible to perform Class 2 work when required.
• Unload wheeled cages and move into store areas.
• Collect empty cages and return to Warrington depot.
• Manual handling and moving cages as part of the operation.
