Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking a conscientious HGV Class 1 Driver to efficiently move mail between Royal Mail depots in Swindon. You will work across morning, evening, and weekend shifts with depot-to-depot runs and thorough vehicle checks.

Competitive hourly pay and ongoing opportunities are offered, with weekly PAYE payroll and access to holiday pay and pension schemes. On-site parking and canteen facilities are available at many depots.

Qualifications

• Holder of an HGV Class 1 licence (CE) for at least 12 months.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last year.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to pass DBS and vetting checks.
• Driving licence showing your current address.

Responsabilités

• Transport mail between Royal Mail depots.
• Follow planned routes with minimal loading or unloading.
• Choose from morning, evening and weekend shifts.
• Complete vehicle safety checks before each shift.
