Job summary

Culina Group Limited is recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team at Tesco Dirft Central Distribution Centre in Daventry for our General Haulage operation. You will complete store and RDC deliveries with a focus on safety and customer service.

We offer full-time roles, with Day and Night shifts available across a 5-from-7 schedule, including weekends. Attractive hourly pay and meal allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E Licence required.
• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points; no DD/DR convictions.
• Current DCPC & Tachograph cards required.
• Understand Driver's hours and WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• General Haulage with Curtainside trailers to DCs and stores.
• Collections from stores to load out to factories and distribution centres.
• Occasional store deliveries and loading/unloading cages.
• Complete vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Maintain safety, compliance and professionalism.
• Coordinate with transport team for smooth operations.
• Adhere to Driver's hours, WTD, and tachograph rules.
