Job summary

Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with our client in South Marston. This role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday with day, late and night options. We provide competitive hourly rates (£16.17 per hour, with potential increases to £18.12 or £20.80 including roll up holiday pay).

There is no handball; one drop and return. Insurance criteria require drivers over 25 with a maximum of 6 points on the licence.

Qualifications

• One year of HGV history or experience.
• Strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to shift patterns.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report faults.
• Operate the vehicle to high safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to health, safety and site procedures.
• Deliver goods to various depots while following company processes.
