Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for our client in Basildon, offering long-term, year-round work on fixed shifts with guaranteed minimums and overtime opportunities. Shifts run across mornings, days, and nights with a 7-day rolling rota.

Starting bands: 04:00–09:59 (Mornings), 10:00–17:59 (Days), 18:00–03:59 (Nights). Weekly pay, on-site parking, and a £1,000 sign-on bonus are provided. Part-time drivers welcome and full induction is paid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DR, DD, IN, or TT offences).

Responsibilities

• Delivering retail items to stores across the South East.
• Ensuring delivery schedules are met.
• Carrying out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks.
• Some collections may be required.
• Shifts available 7 days a week with start times to suit you.
