Job summary

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver for ongoing, full-time trunking work in Kidderminster. You will perform RDC-to-RDC pharmaceutical deliveries in refrigerated vehicles with fixed start times at 06:00 or 11:00.

This role requires a valid UK Class 1 licence, CPC and Tachograph cards, and insurance-appropriate age. Expect consistent hours and overtime opportunities with competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Have at least two years of Class 1 driving experience.
• Have previous experience driving refrigerated vehicles.
• Be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
• Have fewer than six points on your licence.
• Have no driving endorsements.
• Hold valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.

Class 1 HGV Driver – Trunking

Location: Kidderminster

Pay: £17.08 per hour, up to £25.62 per hour PAYE

Hours: Full-time, temporary ongoing

Start times: 06:00 or 11:00

Shift length: Approximately 10–12 hours

We are recruiting an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for ongoing, full-time work with our established client in Kidderminster.

This is straightforward RDC-to-RDC trunking, delivering pharmaceutical products in refrigerated vehicles. There is no handball, making it an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for clean, consistent and well-paid trunking work.

Pay rates

• £17.08 per hour PAYE
• After 12 weeks: £25.62 per hour for hours worked over 42.5 per week
• Bank holidays during the first 12 weeks: £18.72 per hour
• Bank holidays after 12 weeks: £25.62 per hour
