Job summary

AIT Home Delivery UK Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Class 1 (CE) HGV Drivers to join our Logistics team for regular night trunking between depots and distribution centres. You will operate safely, complete transport records, perform routine vehicle inspections, and help keep stock moving across our network.

Candidates must hold a valid Class 1 (CE) licence with at least 12 months CE driving experience, a Driver CPC, a Digital Tachograph Card, and no more than 6 penalty

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (CE) HGV Licence and Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card held.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Knowledge of Drivers' Hours Regulations.

Looking for Regular Day Work?

We're seeking experienced Class 1 (CE) HGV Drivers to join our Logistics team.

This is a night trunking position involving scheduled movements between company depots and distribution centres. You will play an important part in keeping stock moving across our network, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

What Does the Role Involve?

The position centres on depot-to-depot trunking, supported by routine vehicle inspections, accurate completion of transport records, and adherence to all relevant transport legislation. You'll be expected to take pride in the condition of your vehicle, maintain safe working practices, and contribute to the smooth running of the transport function.

To be considered, you'll need to answer "Yes" to the following:

• Are you 23 years of age or older?
• Do you hold a valid Class 1 (CE) HGV Licence and have at least 12 months' CE driving experience?
• Do you hold a valid Driver CPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card?
• Do you have no more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence?
• Are you confident working within Drivers' Hours Regulations and tachograph requirements?
• Do you take a responsible approach to safety, vehicle care, and legal compliance?
