Job summary

Pure Staff Driving is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to support a large dairy distribution client in Tewkesbury. This varied role involves trunking to RDCs, stores and customer locations with day, night and weekend shifts. New Pass drivers welcome to apply, with ongoing regular work available.

Direct PAYE employment is offered with weekly pay, transparent pay and optional rolled-up holiday pay. Drivers must meet licence, tachograph, CPC requirements and keep within points limits.

Qualifications

• UK Cat C Licence is required.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid Driver CPC Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude.
• Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks.
• Experience using tail lifts and handling cages is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trunking runs to Regional Distribution Centres, supermarket stores and customer locations.
• Return empty cages to distribution centres as required.
• Work a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends (Mon-Sun, excluding Sat nights and Sun morning starts).
• Adhere to Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations and maintain compliance.
