Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Driver to join our client’s busy operation in Chessington . This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate, following a successful 12-week trial period .

Due to the nature of the role, previous Class 1 driving experience is essential . Candidates must also complete a driving assessment with the client before starting.

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 / Cat C+E licence held for at least 2 years

Minimum 2 years of driving experience

Good command of written and verbal English

Punctual , presentable , and reliable

Willingness to work long hours and occasional Saturdays

Must be flexible to meet the needs of the role

Pay & Hours:

Monday to Friday : 05:00 – 16:00

Every other Saturday : 05:00 start (half day)

Paid weekly during the trial period

Standard rate : £18.00/hour (Advance PAYE)

Saturday half-days : paid at overtime rate of £20.00/hour
