HGV Class 1 Driver - Immediate Starts Available

Menzies Distribution is looking for an HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in East Kilbride. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting products on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its customers.

The Details:

• Location: East Kilbride, G74 5LP
• Shift Pattern: Rotating 4 On/2 Off Nights
• Hours: 37.5 per week with a 30-minute unpaid break
• Parking: Onsite

Driver Duties:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with legal requirements and best practices, delivering to and collecting from customer premises or other locations.
• Use electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) systems and other up-to-date technology (full training provided).
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed.

Driver Requirements:

• A full UK C+E licence.
• At least 12 months of previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Excellent driving skills.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
