Job description

HGV Class 1 Driver needed for Immediate starts - Worcester paying up to £19ph!

Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Class 1 Drivers in Worcester.

HGV Class 1 Driver Pay rates:

1. Days: Monday to Friday £16ph
2. Nights: Monday to Friday £17ph
3. Weekends and Bank hol: £19ph

Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.

HGV Class 1 Driver Job Specifications:

1. Long distance or local deliveries
2. Palletised deliveries on a curtain sider and box trailer vehicles
3. Daily Vehicle checks
4. Manual entries must be done for Digi Taco Cards
5. A professional manner when dealing with the end customer
6. Ability to complete an assessment prior to work starting
7. Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis)
8. Start times can vary but we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers working on days and night shifts to start between 09:00-21:00

This position is for Class 1 drivers working day and night shifts, starting ASAP. We can accommodate ongoing or ad-hoc shifts.

The ideal candidate:

1. HGV Class 1 C+E license
2. 6 months experience is essential for this role
3. A Valid Digital tacho card
4. A Valid CPC
5. Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes

Shifts on average will be between 10 to 12 hours per shift.
