Job Opportunity: HGV Class 1 Driver

Shifts for HGV Class 1 Driver:

• 48 hours per week plus overtime
• Monday to Friday shifts starting from 6am, 9 hours each
• Every other Saturday shift starting from 6am, 6 hours

Pay:

• From £14.63 per hour

Main Duties:

• Operating hooklift ro-ro vehicles and drawbar trailers
• Collecting from customer premises
• Completing daily vehicle checks as per the driver operator handbook
• Keeping all paperwork up to date and submitting daily
• Complying with traffic laws, legislation, and site rules
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

• Class 1 (Cat C+E) license and previous driving experience
• Hooklift and drawbar experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential
