Job summary

Rapier Employment are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in the Nottingham area. Due to the high value products on the trailers, a valid DBS check must be obtained prior to commencing any assessment and work on site.

You will need to complete a driving and theory assessment, DBS Check, and a drugs and alcohol test. Start times are Monday to Friday with Night Shifts. £20.00ph PAYE; 40-50 hours per week; long term position.

Qualifications

• Requires HGV Class 1 Licence, minimum 1 year experience.
• DBS check required before assessment on site.
• Night shifts; 40-50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles during night shifts.
• Complete driving and theory assessment, DBS check, and drugs/alcohol test.

ROLE INFORMATION

Rapier Employment are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in the Nottingham area. Due to the high value products on the trailers, a valid DBS check must be obtained prior to commencing any assessment and work on site. Vehicles fitted with maple locks and anti-hijack system. All drivers issued with a panic alarm. 360 cameras inside the cab. Trunking runs as far as Scotland.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

• Box trailers.
• Bay work.
• Long term position.
• Weekend Work if wanted.
• 40-50 hours per week.

YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING

• Experience of Class 1 driving.
• You should have held your HGV Class 1 Licence for at least one year.
• Have at least 6 months experience driving HGV class 1 vehicles.
• "Can do" attitude.
• No DR10's No CD10's No IN10's - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS.
• Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.
