Backline Avonmouth is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for full‑time or part‑time roles in the Bristol area. You will deliver to locations across the region, focusing on customer service while safeguarding the load and vehicle.

Typical shifts include Monday to Friday with Saturdays optional for overtime, and part‑time options are available. The candidate must hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence, have up to 6 penalty points for minor offences, and demonstrate a positive, self‑motivated attitude to work.

Description

We are searching for HGV Class 1 drivers to work on a full-time or part-time basis for our well known clients who are based in the Bristol area.

You will be delivering to locations across the region. Jobs vary from trunking for multi-drop (4-6 drops). The work is steady with a focus on customer service, looking after the load and the vehicle and delivering the goods safely and professionally.

Shift Choices Available:

• Monday to Friday


• Saturday's optional for overtime pay

The Candidate

The successful candidate must hold:

• A valid HGV Class 1 licence


• Maximum 6 penalty points for minor offences.


• A positive attitude to work and the ability to work on your own initiative.
