Job Overview

We are seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to deliver and collect powered access machines using a low loader vehicle. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to join the UK market leader in powered access.

Responsibilities

1. Load and unload machines safely using appropriate equipment.
2. Maintain security of loads during transportation.
3. Handover machines to customers and demonstrate operation.
4. Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks.
5. Comply with vehicle safety legislation, tachograph operation, and working hours.
6. Address customer queries and relay information to depot staff.
7. Represent the company professionally, ensuring high customer care standards.
8. Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.

Candidate Requirements

1. Hold a valid HGV Class 1 license and full CPC card.
2. Experience with low loader vehicles and plant delivery is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong customer service skills and understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance.
