Job summary

Pro-Drive is actively seeking HGV 1 drivers for ongoing temporary assignments in Swynnerton. The role involves HGV 1/Class 1 driving, general haulage, and no handball with an average of around 4 drops per shift.

Typical shifts are 8–12 hours with regular, consistent work and competitive hourly pay. Candidates should have a valid HGV 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Tachograph Card, and preferably some Class 1 experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HGV 1 / Class 1 experience preferred but not essential.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport regulations.

Responsibilities

• HGV 1 / Class 1 driving and general haulage.
• Deliveries to customer locations with an average of 4 drops per shift.
• Safe and professional operation of the vehicle; completion of vehicle checks and paperwork.

We are currently recruiting HGV 1 Drivers on behalf of a well-established transport company based in Tittensor.

This is an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Drivers looking for ongoing temporary work with regular hours and consistent general haulage.

NO HANDBALL - ALL GENERAL HAULAGE WORK

THE ROLE:

• HGV 1 / Class 1 driving
• General haulage
• NO HANDBALL
• Average of 4 drops per shift

PAY:

£16.25 - £18.21 PER HOUR
