• Delivery of products with 4-6 drops per day.

Job description

Our client is looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 driver based out of Swindon. Delivery of product 4-6 drops per day. On occasion, this may involve a night out when delivering further afield depending on drivers hours and working time.

Monday to Friday

05:00-06:00 starts

16.00 - 17.92 per hour

• Daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Driving to driver rules and regulations
• 4 - 6 drops per day
• May involve a night out occasionally
• Driving to the rules of the road and consideration for other road users
• Must be familiar with strapping and securing loads due to nature of products
• Depot deliveries, all FLT off at customer sites
• Customer facing so polite and professional at all times
• Good coomunication with transport office colleagues

Drivers must be

• Over 23 years of age
• 2 years exp of driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
• 6 points max. No Majors (IN, CD, DR, DG, TT, MS)
• In date digi tacho and Driver CPC
