HGV Class 1 - Bridgwater

We are currently recruiting for Temporary HGV Class 1 drivers for our depot in Bridgwater. This is based on a on-going contract running between June - September. Potential opportunity for Permanent position for the right candidates. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, up to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages. Various shifts available.

Shift Patterns Available:

• (Apply online only) Friday - Monday
• (Apply online only) Thursday - Monday
• (Apply online only) Tuesday - Friday
• (Apply online only) Friday- Monday
• (Apply online only) Thursday - Sunday

Day pay rates:

• Monday Friday GBP15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs GBP17.85)
• Saturday GBP17.85
• Sunday and Bank Holidays GBP23.80

Nights pay rates:

• Monday Friday GBP18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs GBP20.39)
• Saturday GBP20.39
• Sunday and Bank Holidays GBP27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refuelling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
